NASA JPL has not classified Robinhood as potentially hazardous because its orbit does not bring it close to Earth. It stays in the belt — a mid-sized body doing honest laps around the Sun.
Robinhood orbits the sun every 1,310 days (3.59 years), coming as close as 1.79 AU and reaching as far as 2.90 AU from the sun. Robinhood is about 3.8 kilometers in diameter, making it larger than 99% of asteroids, comparable in size to the island of Manhattan.
The rotation of Robinhood has been observed. It completes a rotation on its axis every 13.74 hours. That spin is now the mascot of a Robinhood Chain meme — same name, same number, same refusal to threaten Earth.
